1. Airport : We stand at the door where you collect your bags with Green shirt and Sign “Shuttle”
   •     : Please check in with the driver  on arrival, prior to collection of luggage.
   •     :If your plane is late we monitor arrival time and will do our best to be there when it lands.
   •     :Vehicles are parked in front of the airport building – White Toyota Hiace Commuter vans ” Hotel . Ferry .Airport Shuttle” signage
2. Ferry Terminal : We Wait at the front of the Ferry terminal for the ferry to arrive and passengers to disembark.
3. Hotels : We pick you up / drop you off in front of your Hotel.
   •    :Please be ready 5 minutes prior to arranged pickup time as courtesy to other passengers
4. We do pick ups from other addresses on the Strand, CBD & Palmer street areas.
5. Give or take 15 to 20 minutes from the Ferry terminal to the airport – (pickup City Hotels before the Ferry stop)
6. Payment : We accept Card or cash – payment on the day to the driver.
   •        : Prepayment of fees possible – just call us with card details.
7. We can transport up to 55 passenger with prior arrangement( please e:mail or phone – online booking option not catering for this)
